Don has mainly raced single seater cars but for the last ten years he has specialised in Thundersaloons and Formula Saloons. These cars are highly modified saloons generating 700bhp - the same as a Formula 1 grand prix car.

Don's career has been very colourful. He was a race instructor at Goodwood in the 70's with the late David Purley, Derek Bell and John Watson. At the same time he became the bobsleigh driver for Britain at the Cresta Run in St Moritz.

Don enjoys much success as a driver; winning many championships. He was the Modsports champion of 1973-4 in a 4.7 litre TVR Tuscan.

He has picked up scores of wins and podium places in various single seater race cars and saloons including F4, F3 and Formula Ford 2000 and F1 Libre.

Don prepares his own race cars at his Bolney Grange garage Intaporsh. He opened the Intaporsh garage 20 years ago and specialises in Porsche, Ferrari, Cosworth, BMW, Mercedes and other performance cars.

Don works closely in association with Nick Faure ex Porsche Le Mans driver who has had a 40 year love affair with the Porsche Marque having raced very successfully most 911 Variants plus many other racing cars.
